Shipping & Returns Information
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75.00 AND OVER! (Applies to order sent to one address only, multiple address shipments will incur additional shipping charges)
Shipping:
- Currently we do not ship to countries outside of the United States.
- Tax charges apply on orders shipped in Texas. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with their state and local tax laws.
- If applicable Items on backorder will be removed from order and the remaining items will be shipped out.
- Backorder items will be shipped on the next business day once they are back in stock.
- You will be notified via e-mail if your purchased item is on backorder.
- In stock orders placed during normal business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday) will ship within 1-3 business days.
- In stock orders placed after business hours will require an additional business day before being shipped.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Returns:
- We do not refund any shipping charges or shipping taxes on returns.
- The original product cost including any applicable product tax will be refunded for returned items.
- We can only accept Returns for merchandise purchased on WICKEDCROWN.COM. For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item.
- WICKEDCROWN.COM cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at retail outlets.
- Retail Outlets cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased online at WICKEDCROWN.COM or from any other online or third party re-sellers
Conditions for Returns:
- All items must be returned in a new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- If applicable all original tags and accessories must still be attached.
- All returns must be sent pre-paid. COD shipments will not be accepted.
Return of Defective Items:
- If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at SALES@WICKEDCROWN.COM within 7 business days of the original shipment date.
- Return of Defective items must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
To return your item:
- Include a copy of the ?Return Form?. (See Link Below)
- Please Repackage your product so that it can be returned safely.
- Please write your daytime phone number on the ?Return Form?, this will speed processing of your product in the event we need to contact you.
- Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
- Please insure your items with your carrier.
- Once we receive and process the returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) plus any applicable sales tax to the credit card you originally used to purchase the item(s). Your credit card company determines the time it takes for the returned amount to post to your account.
- Returns take 1 to 2 weeks to process.
